This pre-owned NEC DTERM IPK VoIP office phone handset, model ITH-8D-3(BK)TEL, is up for consideration. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless there was a gross misinterpretation of the product or if we made an error in the listing. The package includes the phone and its handset, coiled cord, base/stand, and its original power supply (Model: A42406). For questions, utilize the "Ask a question" link on the auction listing.
