The transducer is heated at 45°C and has a 15-pin Type "D" connector. The pressure range is 1 Torr with an accuracy of 0.12% of reading. The materials exposed to gases are made of Inconel. The input power required is ±15 VDC ±5% @ 0.25 Amps max. The overpressure limit for this product is 45 psia (310 kPa). The fittings for this product are a 4VCR male fitting according to MKS. The electrical connectors are 15-pin Type "D" with a thread lock. The product comes with optional heater and at-temperature statuses with LED's and corresponding semiconductor switches to indicate when the temperature of the sensor is within the specified window.
