This is an original American Optical AO/Spencer User's Manual for the Spencer Bright-Line Haemacytometer.  The publication date is 1945 (Publication M-135 4-45).  Printed in the U.S.A., the manual is 12 pages long including a price list on the last page.  Please ask if you would like additional information about what is contained within the manual, but basically it covers construction of the Bright-Line Hemacytometer, instructions for taking a blood sample and for using the special pipets for red and white blood cell counts, cleaning instructions, and instructions for counting other materials.  This manual was contained within a storage case for a hemacytometer, and has been folded.  For taking the photos, I flattened the manual under a piece of glass.  The manual is approximately 3 inches wide by 6 inches high. The manual is in overall good condition considering its age.
