This is an original and VERY hard to find steam pressure gauge for a Port Huron traction or portable steam engine.  It is in as found condition from an old workshop of an early steam man and is ready for a new collection.  It measures about 4 3/4 inches in diameter and is considered a 5 inch gauge.  It says "Port Huron Engine & Thresher Co. Port Huron Mich." on the face.  It goes up to 300 lbs of pressure.  It is about 2 inches thick and will need a new glass face.  The brass retainer has some fatigue on it and would look great on a nice original engine but could easily be replaced if you so choose.  The 3/8 pipe threads on the bottom are in great shape.  This would be a fine addition to your Port Huron collection, engine, or display.  It would also make a great spare on the shelf.  These original Port Huron gauges are almost impossible to find in the wild or even at swap meets so don't miss your chance one this one.  The pictures tell the story.  You won't be disappointed in any way.  I can be reached at 262-573-1931 if you'd like to talk about it.  Good Luck.
