UP FOR BID IS AN UNUSED REPLACEMENT BAG FOR A DUST COLLECTOR. IT MEASURES ABOUT 31" BY 101/2" If I "walk" the tape measure around from the seam and back I get a measurement of 36 1/2 inches. There are no loops or hooks anywhere in or on it, I assume it would get fastened with a clamp or belt of some kind.
