This is a classic HP analog oscilloscope. The trace is still very bright, the attenuator and time base controls work well. The photos show both a 1MHz and a 10MHz sine wave display (using the built-in 50 ohm load input selector - the trigger source is the signal itself).

The oscilloscope works perfectly, as far as I can tell. It has a few minor cosmetic issues (see the condition description, and look at the photos.) From Tektronix:
