The dress form comes with a heavy-duty traditional cast iron base (black color) and four wheels for easy mobility. The height can be easily adjusted by stepping on a foot pedal. The box dimensions are 50 x 17 x 14. To measure dress forms, follow these steps: 1. Neck Base - Find the base of the neck by having the person tilt their head forward. Round the measuring tape at this point to make a full circle. X-Shoulder - From the backside of the body, measure from one shoulder point to the other. 7.
