I guarantee it will not be DOA. This unit is a UV ultraviolet light used to treat psoriatic plaque, skin cancer, psoriasis and cutaneous t-cell Lymphoma. It is a portable unit with 3 swivel caster wheels, articulating head and telescoping ( 34" down 57" up ) enter pole. The ultraviolet head can be removed from the stand and held in the hand or placed were needed. The power unit can also be removed from the stand and mounted on a wall if needed.
