RAPID WRATH Model 500-90 Granulator 75HP Throughput of 1200lbs per Hour Rapid Granulator 18X36 cutting chamber with two bedknives. Three blade herringbone "V" rotor with six (6) pre adjustable rotating knives. Adjustable rotor knives increase operating efficiency, decrease noise levels, and help minimalize fines. Driven by a TEFC motor equipped with a flywheel type pulley on the rotor shaft provides added inerta for maximum cutting efficiency. Includes a optional base sound enclosure. This Granulator comes with the optional 5 hp evacuation system (shown) with piping to the cyclone and support base to allow product to exit directly from cyclone into a Gaylord. Floor mounted blower sound enclosure. 4 bag filter head mounted next to cyclone for easy cleaning. Also included is a complete set of NEW Bed and Rotor knives with the quick set knife jigs.
