Air Saver hood system that we removed last week from a local catering company. This system is in exceptionally good used condition, it isn't from a busy restaurant where it was used every day and it has never seen a fryer. The hood was installed new at this location and mainly used to cater events on the weekend. The only equipment ever used under the hood were open burners and convection ovens. However, it is a Type 1 hood fully with grease filters and drip pans in place. Itcan be used with any variety of cooking or frying equipment. These hoods are high quality, made in America (Bessemer, AL) hoods. They weren't built with imported stainless steel that will start to rust and rot in 5 years. The owner believes they were installed in 2004 and they are in as good a condition as any used hood I have ever sold. I am selling these hoods complete as a system. You get everything you would get if you purchased them new, plus a new style dual bottle Ansul wet suppression system that will meet code anywhere in the country. Included: (2) Stainless Steel Air Saver exhaust hoods - (1) hood measures 123" (1) hood measures 111" - Total length 19 feet, 6 inches. Hoods are 48'' deep and 30" tall. (2) matched exhaust fans, (1) for each hood (1) makeup air fan that supplies fresh air to both hoods (1) Ansul brand wet chemical suppression system. This is a (2) bottle system that is more than capable of handling any equipment you decide to use under the hoods All lights, filters and wiring on the hood I am pricing this system complete and will not be separating the hoods. New cost on this system with the Ansul would be well over $20,000. The paperwork I have shows a price of $26,000 with installation and that was 10 years ago. These are high quality stainless hoods and they will outlast whatever building they are installed in.
