What is PRO-TGT PLUS ? - PRO-TGT PLUS is a reflective water based acrylic latex roof coating, elaborated with high quality acrylic resins with highly elastic properties, organic coloring pigments and chemical additives that provide excellent reflection and water proofing to protect roofs. Applications: - Water proofs and increase reflectivity of roof surfaces. - Protects previous (weathered) coated roof surfaces. - Protects polyurethane foam against UV rays and humidity. Properties: - Reflects UV rays, protects and decorates at the same time. - High resistance to UV degradation. - Highly resistant to structural movement due to its high elongation properties. - Highly compatible with reinforced membranes to increase resistance. - Highly Ecological. Product does not contain harmful materials or solvents. - Safe application. Use undiluted. Application Instructions: Surfaces must be clean, it is recommended to use water pressure to clean. Remove any loose material, if fissures are present, calk surfaces with PRO-CEMENT with wedge or spatula (see PRO-CEMENT Technical Data sheet). Apply 1 coating of SEAL-COAT (see SEAL-COAT Technical Data sheet). PRO-TGT PLUS may be applied to different surfaces: - Concrete, asbestos-cement, metal sheets, wood, etc. After preparation of surface has been made, proceed to apply PRO-TGT PLUS using brush, roller or airless equipment, undiluted. Movements should be made in the same direction. If reinforced membranes are to be used, place membrane on still fresh product, making sure membrane is straightened, with no wrinkles and leaving 3 in. overlaps (approx.). Apply two coats of PRO-TGT PLUS. Let each layer to dry properly in order to proceed. It is recommended to apply complete system (two coats) in the same day. Choose a clear and warm day, surface should be dry and clean. Avoid extreme cold or hot temperatures, apply below 105 °F and above 50 °F or if high humidity is present. Do not apply if weather conditions will prevent coating to dry in normal temperature conditions. Theoretical covering power & Presentation: - 180 to 200 sq. ft per 5 gallon pail.
