Cylinder is currently full---I did breathe the system and it appears to work as it should.

These are generic SCBA cylinders manufactured by Structural Composite Industries who makes SCBA cylinders for Scott. The cylinders are 4500 psi, are rated for 45 minutes, and fit Scott 4.5 air packs. The valves are genuine re-manufactured Scott valves.
