  We have 4 of these stocky little bars (THE GUY S IN THE BACK CALL THEM "BITTY BARS")measuring 1"X3/4" X 4.25”, in our shop.  They were designed for use on our 6 Ton Famco arbor press where they easily support 12000 lbs. over the anvil wheel slot span of less than 2.75”  They often find themselves over on the 30 ton “H” frame press as set-up blocks, blocking, or load spreading blocks in heavy load situations.  Perhaps you could use a pair or more in  your shop.   Rated maximum yield strength of greater than 52000psi.  Common steel has yield strength of 20,000 psi.  These are deburred, degreased and ready to use.   You will receive 4 brand new bars.  Your bars are made from Prime Steel and may have visual surface marks that in no way impact the use to which they are intended.  Let us know how you like them or give us ideas for improvement.
