TYPE KSP-16 The SITEMA Safety Brake type KSP is designed to hold a vertical moved mass in one direction (against gravity). The holding is done on a round shaft. This could be an already existing cylinder rod or a separate rod. The Safety Catcher can also be used to catch the falling load in case of an emergency-stop. The holding force is relatively big in one direction (downwards) and in the other direction (upwards) relatively small.
