Customer Service, Warranty & Return Policy There is a 20% restocking fee for each item returned for a refund. Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty. After 30 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the products maker for warranty service. To keep our prices as cheap as possible shipping fees and/or return shipping costs are not refundable and will not be borne by us. Products returned for any reason other than Dead on Arrival (DOA) or as defective must be in resalable condition, complete and unused, and the outer seal must not have been opened or re-taped. Expiration Date Policy Our goal is to always ship the freshest products possible with the longest expiration dates. All perishable items will be shipped at least 60 days before the expiration date or the "Best By" date. If the item has more than 60 servings intended for daily use, it will be shipped with at least that many days before expiration. For example: If the item consists of 120 daily supplements, it will be shipped at least 120 days before expiration. If however the item has 30 daily supplements, it will still be shipped by our minimum of 60 days before expiration.
