(Blue) Makerbot Replicator 1 & 2 Extruder Upgrade, Thingomatic w/MK7 Extruder - Delrin Plunger Replacement: I had real problems using the delrin plunger system so I purchased a spring loaded extruder upgrade but still had a few problems with not having enough pressure from the spring to keep the plastic against the drive gear (slippage). I redesigned a similar upgrade and use a heavier and stiffer spring then what I originally was using.
