For sale is one DigiLEAK device by DigiFLO inc.  This is a new cutting edge leak detection device for subsurface plumbing. Used for quick expert trace and detect of above or below ground gas or water leaks, including natural gas lines, water plumbing or HVAC systems. User Instructions: Upon pressing the front red button, an internal pump delivers external air sample to sensor input. Within 20 milliseconds of measurement, molecular weight of the gas is determined and displayed. As user gets close to a gas leak, displayed molecular weight reading proportionally changes, as a result changing the color of front Leak Detect LED from green to orange, or red. Subsurface broken water pipe leak detection: Street valve closed, empty water from pipes. Then while pressure is increasing apply up to 15psi (105 KPa) Helium gas to the pipe. This can be done by connecting to a garden hose valve, with main house valve open and street valve closed. 1.      With pressure applied, wait for 10 to 30 minutes to allow sufficient amount of Helium to leak through broken / cracked pipe segment. 2.    Press for 1/2 second and then release the front button. Display will turn on displaying 29.0 – molecular weight of clean air. 4.      With inlet positioned next to the ground & outlet open, repeatedly press for 1/2 second and then release the front red button. Internal pump will inject surrounding air into the sensor. Observe the displayed molecular weight. Molecular weight of Helium is 4, molecular weight of air is 29. Upon approaching the leak, displayed molecular weight of air will decrease, front Leak detect LED will turn orange and then red, thus indicating close proximity of the leak.
