Return Policies DOA (Dead on Arrival): If the item you have received is defective, dead or non-functional, you can contact us within 10 days from the end of the auction and request for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. To issue and RMA number, we require a close-up picture of the item and a full description of the problem. Note: Return of the item will not be authorized if: - The problem is minor and can be fixed like a loosen cable, replaceable fuse, calibration problems, Software and Setup problems, incompatibility issues, lost password, etc. - The item show signs of abuse or intentional damage. The item is tested beyond its capacity and capability like over charging, higher voltages, shocks, pressure etc. - The item is damaged during or after shipping. Return Procedures: Please mark the box with the RMA number that you have received by following the first step above and return it to the address that will be given to you when requesting your RMA. All RMA numbers are valid for ten (10) days from their original date of issue. Returned packages not displaying an RMA number or displaying an invalid or expired RMA number will be rejected and you will be responsible for all related charges. - Merchandise should be carefully packed and insured before returning to us and you should provide a tracking number for the package. - Short-shipments, and wrong items shipments must be reported within 5 days from delivery date. - Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. - If you want to return the item(s) for any other reasons, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to cover the costs. - We will replace the defective items for you if a replacement is available at the time we receive the merchandise back.
