Touch 'n Seal Rib & Roof Polyurethane Foam Sealant Air & Moisture Control System. These are new and unopened. The date of manufacture is May 22, 2014. The use by date is blank. Rib & Roof polyurethane foam sealant is a unique, proprietary, non-strength enhancing, two part expanding foam system. It provides an air moisture barrier which, after application, isolates the coal seam from air movement that can cause scaling and general spalling of coal off the ribs and roof in underground coal mines. This proven, maintenance-free system ensures a brighter, safer working environment while reducing dust. Rib & Roof costs a fraction of traditional "cement" coatings and it does not require pumps, water, compressors or supplied air. In the event a package is damaged in transit, please contact us to report the damage so we may begin a carrier claim process. USPS quoted dates are not always accurate. First Class International can be very slow often taking up to a month. In many case of international shipping delays, the merchandise is sitting in customs waiting to be claimed. Local Item Pickup / Delivery: Items may be picked up in our downtown Washington, PA store (Buy & Sell outlet) which is about 30 miles South of Pittsburgh. Please contact us for store hours. No handling fee will be charged. Please pick up your item within a reasonable amount of time. International Buyers: Please be aware that international buyers may be charged a VAT tax or importation fee. Please understand this has nothing to do with us nor do we know when or where it is charged or how much is charged. Also note that we make our merchandise available worldwide due to the popular demand to do so. About Auction Description: All pictures on our auctions are that of the actual product except for some obvious stock photos occasionally used. If it's not in the picture, it is not included unless specifically stated in the description that it is missing from the picture. We sometime use manufacturer descriptions and specifications in our auctions to help potential buyers know what they are buying. Is it refurbished? Washington Swap Shop almost never sells reconditioned/refurbished items. If the item is reconditioned or refurbished then the auction description will clearly state this. 2. Does it work? The item is operational unless stated otherwise. 3. Is it still under the manufacturer warranty? If an item is listed as new, it may or may not be under manufacturer warranty. If it is a manufacturer that honors warranties without a retail receipt, then it may be in warranty. We do not have a list of those that do. If we do not specifically state in the description that we have the receipt, then we do not have one. We can combine shipping on most smaller items when possible. Thank you for your patronage!
