Barrel is clamshell design. Approximate 28" long screw length. Electrically heated, water cooled. Front mounted single hole die. Extruder is driven by a 25 HP DC motor. Panel includes a Quantum 3 DC drive. Unitized on a skid with casters including a console control with accurate digital control temperature control unit. Includes a 5 HP Quickdraft blower, model MH8510, a 3/4 HP cutting head and control, and a 2 zone water manifold system.
