Made in JAPAN Picture is subject to copyright by NSK This is NSK (Nippon Sokutei), precision micrometer for measuring from 2 inches to 3 inches with 0.001 inch accuracy. Comes in a nice wooden case designed for the micrometer. Includes a 2 inch calibration rod and calibration adjustment tool. Good to below -70°C. Has JIS (Japan industrial Standard) mark to ensure “First grade and high accuracy” Reading accuracy of 0.01mm. Beveled edge of thimble graduated in 50 divisions, each graduation is on the thimble “M” is 1/50 of 0.mm so M is 0.01mm. Micrometer guaranteed to conform to British Standard Specification No. 870-1950. ITEM WORKING! RATED Condition of item: 08/10 EX (EXCELLENT Condition) with Light Wear – Slight Signs of Use. Note: Tiny chip in one corner of magnifier glass but not noticeable when using the magnifier.
