This vintage 1/4 tom arbor press , was dad's from many years ago . I chose "seller refurbished" , as I completely dis-assembled , greased , re-assembled , & tested and it works fantastic ! The original handle had long been gone , I replaced it with just a steel pipe that fits good at one end , but in no way does this interfere with the presses operation ! Most likely , a replacement handle can be found online for those who wish to keep this tool "original" , but not really necessary ! Any handle or pipe that can fit in the bored .531" or 17/32" hole will do . The 3 1/4" diameter x .485" thick "working table" (and I haven't seen any with this table on it) that spins on a 1/4" hardened dowel pin , has 4 openings for various clearance work , has slots 3/8" wide x 3/4" deep , 1/2" wide x 7/8" deep , 3/4" wide x 1" deep & 1" wide x 1 1/8" deep , all with their respective diameter ends as the pictures show . This tool is * 1/2" high x 4" wide x 9 1/8" long , with a 7" long pilot wheel/arbor 16:1 , with an opening height of 4 1/2" and a throat depth of 2 1/2" . it is equipped with an oil fitting , for additional shaft lubrication . I have cleaned and added new grease to the teeth of both both shafts and is in excellent operating condition ! There are also 2 pilot holes in the body's base , should you want to mount this unit on a bench for added pressing , non-movement strength ! Packaged extremely secure and ready to ship , once your PayPal account clears ! A true clean working arbor press that will last probably forever as it was made in USA !!
