Wester Auction & Realty, Inc. is selling this item on consignment. We are a 25 year old auction company specializing in new and used commercial restaurant equipment. This is a 10 eye range with 2 standard ovens that operate on natural gas. It was pulled from a national chain restaurant, have been steam cleaned, and appears to be in operational condition. This item is being sold AS IS. We DO NOT GUARANTEE items belonging to others. It was removed from the Champps Sports Bar in Raleigh, NC within approximately 10 days after the restaurant closed. It appears in good condition, but we recommend that you inspect any item prior to bidding. You must make an appointment at least 24 hours prior. All bids are to be placed based SOLELY on the investigation, evaluation, and inspection by the bidder. If you need the item shipped, we will pallet it, wrap and strap it, and load onto the truck that you provide at no additional charge. We will provide pictures of our shipping preparations. The buyer is to provide the truck and insurance.
