This waffle baker has stainless steel exterior and comes with dual round waffle grids that are made from cast aluminum 7 inch in Dia. with a tapered pattern and a lipped edge. *Stainless steel front, top and sides provide maximum strength and durability. *Handles are nickel-plated steel with an open-coil design for minimal heat transfer. *Floating hinge allows upper grid to rise evenly as the waffle expands during cooking. *Pre heat time is 8 minutes. *Front mounted ON/OFF switches *Factory pre-set precision thermostat. *Elements are cast into upper and lower grids for temperature uniformity. *120V *U.L.
