Universal Rotator from WINSCO Wabash Instrument Corporation This unit was purchased at a local antique store and I don't know a lot about it beyond what I was able to find online.  I plugged in the unit and turned it on and it worked great.  Retail on this particular unit is $600.  Feel free to ask any questions you may have.  The statement below was taken from the website winsco.com.   A versatile laboratory unit used for spinning the Centrifugal Hoop (RA-10), Watt’s Governor (RA-25), and Stroboscope Discs (RA-21), all of which are accurately sized to fit our Rotator. Other devices such as a siren disc, color disc, or vibrating string can also be used. The electronic speed control is set at the factory to cover a speed range of 0 to 5,000 RPM. The “On-Off” switch is integral with the potentiometer so that it always must start at low speed. A pilot light shows when power is on even though the shaft may not be rotating. The motor may be clamped in a wide range of horizontal and vertical positions. The heavy cast iron 18 x 13 cm base makes a good stable foundation. The chuck, mandrel, support post and clamping screw are all made from stainless steel. Available for 115 volts (ER-6A).
