These are used Albion R3 Slotted wheel medium duty casters used on some UPS equipment that has been recycled.Metal plate size is 4" x 4 1/2"; Total height is 4"; Wheel diameter is 3 1/4"; Wheel width is 2".Roller bearing and roller wheel have a grease fitting to keep the bearings lubricated.. Have multiples of this caster available.

Four industrial Bassick casters.  The Bassick Caster Company manufactured casters in Bridgeport, CT and is no longer in existence.    The poly wheels measure 3-3/4" in diameter and each caster weighs well over 6 pounds.
