This is a Young PowerTech YMSY hydraulic motor for a PTO drive. This could be used on the aux hydraulic system of a Skid Steer tractor to drive the PTO shaft output to run a 7-8 ft mower deck or post hole auger. The output shaft is 1-3/8 inch 6 spline with groove retainer ring ( normal farm tractor size).
