The product features a profiling bar for semi-finishing and finishing operations. The bar has an approximate hardness of 45HRC and an extreme gloss finish. It also has positive 80-degree diamond CCMT inserts for optimal cutting performance. The inserts used for this tool holder have a YBC251 grade with an HM chip breaker and CVD Tin Al2O3 TICN coating. They are best for semi-finish/medium machining processes on steels & alloys, stainless steel, and other materials. The YBC251 coating grade is a tenacious carbide substrate with strong cutting edge and optimal layers of MT-TiCN, a thick layer of Al2O3, and a Tin coating. It has a surface with Tin coating to reduce friction and identify easily worn out spots, a special structure Al2O3 layer forming a thermal barrier to prevent Anti-plastic deformation during high speed try cutting, and a TiCN layer with a high wear resistance characteristic. This coating grade is suitable for general purposes on a wide range of materials, including steel, cast steel, and stainless steel. This product is an internal boring tool holder, specifically the S10K-SCLCR06 with a 95-degree lead angle and right-hand direction. The tool holder is made of alloy steel, has a black color, a shank diameter of 10mm, and an overall length of 125mm or 5 inches. Its minimum bore is 12mm. The tool holder is designed for boring from light roughing to finishing in small bores and is compatible with CCMT 060204 inserts with an insert I.C of 6.35mm, T of 2.38mm, and radius of 0.4mm.
