The kit includes a 12" travel Acme threaded rod measuring 14.75 inches long and featuring a low carbon steel construction with an oil finish. It also comes with two flanged bearings, each with a 1/2-inch ID and 5/16-inch width. These bearings have a 1 1/8-inch mounting bore and a flange that measures .072 inches in width and 1.265 inches in diameter. This kit features a 12-inch Acme lead screw with a 1/2-10 thread and Delrin nut bearings. The kit also includes a clamp coupler designed for CNC routers. With a 304242 12" nut travel, this single start right-hand thread kit requires no end machining. The 1/2 x 1/4 flexible shaft coupler is equipped with clamps that align and adapt directly to the stepper motor shaft. Thanks to its design, it provides a zero backlash and zero end play setup for CNC and linear motion machine slides. The threaded rod can be hack sawed or band sawed to the desired length without any additional machining. For those in need of additional parts, there are drive brackets, motor mounts, and standoffs available. Choose this kit for an exceptional machine slide experience. The kit also includes a threaded shaft clamp that effectively preloads bearings and prevents end play. Additionally, it boasts a zero backlash Delrin nut with a 1 1/2-inch diameter flange that has 1.25 flats and 4x .25-inch diameter holes on a 1.188 BC.
