This motor was used to power a belt driven table saw or a drill press. I can't remember for sure which motor was on which shop tool. I disassembled those tools because they were to bulky and obsolete to be of any practical use these days.
Sent to me from general international as a replacement for my table saw motor. It was the wrong one. They sent the right one and never provided shipping back for this one, so its been sitting for 2 years on my shelf.
