12 Position Rotary Selector Switch

I have for auction one new rotary selector switch.  Now let me explain the "new" condition.  By new I mean these have never had wires attached and as far as I can tell never been mounted in anything.  I purchased a quantity of these and from the way they had been stored and shipped they are less than perfect.  Mainly the problem with the switch(s) s that the wire lugs have been bent.  Now, all of the switches I've messed with it has been easy to straighten the tabs with needle nosed pliers and get them in usable condition. I have no information on these switches other than what I can measure.  There are no recognizable manufacturers marking that I can find. So here is what I know: Switch body diameter: 1.125" Switch Body Height: 1.085" Total Diameter: 1.5" Overall Height: 1.9" Number of Switch Plates: 5 Shaft Length: .5" Shaft Diameter: .25" with Flat Threaded Mounting Stem Diameter: .370" (I do not know the thread pitch but it's a fine thread) There are lugs available for every one of the 12 switch positions though not on every plate.  If you tie all the common lugs together you get a switch contact in every position. Here are the lug arrangements, I'm not sure of the best way to record this so I'll start at the common terminal and go around clockwise and for each of the five switch plates record the terminal, this is viewed from the top: Plate 1 : 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 1 1 1 0 1 Plate 2: 1 1 1 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 0 1 Plate 3: 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 0 1 1 Plate 4: 1 1 1 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 Plate 5: 1 0 1 1 0 1 1 0 0 0 0 1 A "1" indicates the presence of a solder tab while a "0" indicates the tab has been removed. These switches may be old and a little beat up but they are in decent electrical condition and would make exce3llent project parts.  Especially something like a decade box for resistance or capacitance substitution. Please, if I've left out anything just ask and I'll do my best to answer the question.
