Item # 1501006 Description: 12 volt linear actuator  Manufacturer: Thomson Model: D12-21B5-10CW Voltage: 12V DC Length of stroke: 10" Pin mounting hole size: 1/2" on motor end mounted trunion bracket, 1/2" on rod end Length between pin mountings retracted: 13" Clutch: Yes Test results: Clutch slipped at 2200 lbs, tested at mid-stroke @ 13.5 volts, 65 degrees F.  Notes: This actuator does NOT use a traditional pin mount on the motor end, instead, having a hollow fitting for a manual means of turning the screw by a 3/8" hex drive  Additional Notes: I'm cleaning out the shop. These actuators were removed from service when the machines they were installed on, were replaced and scrapped. They are used and tested before listing here, and operated as described in the test results. There are no warranties or returns. They were all tested on an extension test rig, and measured in extension configuration only. Some of these actuators may or may not have a clutch configured in the retraction configuration. If you plan to use a specific actuator listed here in a retraction configuration, research the specifications of the model number to see if it is applicable. All were designed to run at 12 volts DC nominal, and were fused at 20 - 30 amps. All weigh between 11 - 15lbs. Please contact me if you have specific questions. Thank you.
