Here is an auction for a lot of 17 1N21 MICROWAVE DIODES. This is a point contact mixer type diode designed for applications from S-Band through X-Band. This is housed in a cartridge package specially designed for low noise figure performance over a wide bandwidth. This diode is suitable for use in waveguide, coaxial or stripline applications and can be used in single or multiple device mixer applications. The diodes test good using an ohmmeter, all have thickly gold plated ends, and the slugs still have the original varnish fixing them in place, indicating they have never been used or tampered with.
