Offered is a rare 1920s printing publication, entitled PRINTING PROFITS from NUMBERING JOBS: How to Get and Handle Them.  A Pressroom Handbook. by Robert F. Salade.  Published by the Roberts Numbering Machine Company in Brooklyn, New York in 1925.  First Edition.  64 pages. The Robert Numbering Machine Company manufactured a line of popular handheld stamps designed to easily print consecutive numbers on print jobs to keep track of print run, paper used, etc. This work contains a comprehensive overview of the company's stamps and machines, all the while describing the various ways the machine was of use in the printing industry in particular. Bound in stiff wraps.  Small dampstain at margin of title page, but minor.  Corner chipped off rear cover.  Overall still in Very Good condition.  Very rare, with no other examples available online.
