This is an original 1940 manual for 150 Series Blodgett Roasting and Baking Ovens. This is a single piece four page pamphlet format printed on stiff card stock paper measuring about 8.5" x 11" plus a typed sheet loosely inserted. The front cover reads: How To Get Best Results From Your New 150 Series Blodgett Baking And Roasting Oven - Instructions for Installing, Adjusting, Operating This manual has the document code 1-150-5M-8-40 printed on the back cover page which I think indicates a 1940 publication date. The sheet inserted is titled General Operating Instructions - Blodgett Gas Ovens and is dated 10.12.43 This items are originals and are fully complete and in very good condition. I believe this is a commercial oven that was used in a restaurant as the manual came with others for commercial food service equipment from the 1940s. Email any questions. Thanks for looking.
