Item is a 1946 Cincinnati Shears #10 Operator's Manual published by The Cincinnati Shaper Co. (Cincinnati OH). 22 page Manual covers Installation, Operation, Lubrication, accessories and several fold-out diagrams. Also included are 4 blueprints associated with Shear SN 10723 and 10911. Condition is only Good with typical general shop soiling and moderate cover wear. There is small amount of scattered writing. There are no tears or missing pages. Great Cincinnati reference. Buyer pays USPS Parcel Post S & H in USA ( Alaska, Hawaii and international bidders should contact seller for S & H estimate). Will combine shipments for better shipping prices.
