Currently Mr. James White is the President The Schundler Company, and Mr. Fred St. Louis is the vice president and corporate general manager. Vikki Warman continues in sales and marketing and Michael Hellmann is the manager of horticultural sales. Grant Conaway manages operations and production. In addition to The Schundler Company, Normiska Canada owns and operates the VIL perlite and vermiculite processing plant in Lachine, Quebec. Both VIL Canada and The Schundler Company have been historic leaders in their industries, and the combined companies will be able to provide better service to markets in the northeast, a broader range of products, and greater support to the horticultural, industrial, and swimming pool industries. At the time of the acquisition, the former president of Normiska said, "The acquisition will strengthen the Normiska Corporation and afford the combined company numerous market synergies." The Schundler Company produces perlite and vermiculite products not only for traditional construction applications, but also for the horticultural industry, for the swimming pool industry in vinyl liner pool construction and in filtration, and for a variety of special industrial uses. The company's processing plant is in Metuchen, New Jersey, operates 24 hours/day, and ships products throughout the eastern part of the United States and Canada, and to a number of overseas locations.   We ship our vintage catalogs flat in heavy duty cardboard so they arrive in great shape.
