We have acquired more "StorageRoomFinds" for your consideration! In this auction, you are bidding on a manual issued in 1955 by the United States Department Of Agriculture - Forest Service. The title is "Wood Frame House Construction". It is Handbook No. 73. Original cost was 65 cents. Measures 9 1/8" by 5 13/16". Two hundred thirty five (235) pages, with many illustrations. No worn, torn, folded or missing pages. No crayon, pencil or pen marks. No fire, water or smoke damage. No insect or rodent damage. Front cover suffers extremely mild wear; being a very slight bend at the lower right corner. Rear cover really has nothing to mention. Mind you; there is a slight bit of age discoloration on both covers, near the binding. This shouldn't be a major issue. The binding is still intact. It is neither loose, nor split. Spine is intact with only mild rubs. I've tried capturing all mentioned issues with the scans. Except for very mild yellowing around the edges, ALL inner pages are in "just issued" condition. If it were not for the minimal cover issues, the booklet would class as mint condition. All images are actual scans of the booklet. Take a good look. What you see is what you get. This item has been in long term attic storage and may or may not have a musty smell. * * * By bidding on this item, bidders confirm that they are 18 years of age, or older.
