TTL integrated circuit data book from Fairchild Instrument  copyright 1978. About 600 pages of operational engineering data for Transistor-Transistor Logic (TTL) and device data sheets. Covers 7400, 9000, 9300, 9600 families of digital logic ICs. Also has lists and pinouts for RTL and DTL devices, notably the 900 series. Fairchild produced the first commercially available Integrated Circuits. Located in Mountain View, CA, its' spinoffs gave birth to Silicon Valley. Fairchild was sold to National Semiconductor in 1987 The 1981 National Semiconductor data booklet has advance information on 5400HC/7400HC high speed CMOS devices. There are 62 pages with descriptions and pinouts of products announced but not yet in production.
