Two (2) 7-Inch Lettuce/Produce Field Knives. Dexter International #P-12850. Designed for use in vegetable fields/gardens. The short, front cutting edge can be pushed against the lettuce plant base, making one, quick cut. The long knife edge is for trimming and harvesting cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, or any of a multiple of vegetables. The right tool makes the job that much easier.
