6-Inch Flexible (Semi-Flexible) Fully Forged Boning Knife. Model IC 5101-6F Dexter lists this knife as Flexible. In my opinion it is pretty rigid, however, it does have some flex. This is a forged knife and it is about 3mm thick at the thickest part of the blade (at the top). It is more Semi-Flexible to me.
