This is an RDN rotary fly knife cutter. It is a 1993 model and was originally a clutch-brake unit, bust has been retrofitted with an Emerson 2.5 hp Servo drive and motor that is set up with a 2:1 reduction for high torque. It has also been upgraded with an Allen Bradley PLC and a color Red Lion touchscreen controller.

I redesigned a similar upgrade and use a heavier and stiffer spring then what I originally was using.
