Here is my NEMA 10-50P to 6-50R plug adaptor. It allows you to move the oven and plug in a welding machine or plasma cutter. The cord is 4 to 5 feet long, the lines are both 8 gauge and the ground is 10 gauge, that makes it a "8/2 + 10ga" cord.
