This 10-piece office trailer was manufactured in 2006 by Design Space Inc. in Georgia and was used as temporary office space by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) in Baton Rouge to handle the flood of refugees that moved north from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina. Each section measures 12 feet by 70 feet and includes a  Bard 5-ton wall-mounted air conditioning unit. All AC units were tested and found to be in excellent working order before the building's disassembly this summer. The building's 10 sections currently sit sealed in protective plastic sheeting and are ready for transport (wheels may be required) in a dry field just outside of Baton Rouge. When assembled, the building's layout includes a number of offices of various sizes, from 10 by 12 feet to 14 by 18 feet, and there is also one conference room of reasonable size, and three large work rooms that would also be ideal as lecture spaces or meeting rooms. There are two multi-stall public restrooms that open off the building's main hallway, and it also includes two private ADA-compliant restrooms elsewhere. There is a small room next to one private restroom that was used as a central networking hub for the building, but any buyer will have to re-wire for their own uses, as many of the connections were routed to two of the large work rooms for use as computer centers. Please see the attached floor plan (not drawn precisely to scale) for a better idea of the building's current floor plan. If you require changes to the building's current floor plan, we can help -- just tell us what you need and our skilled team of modular specialists will make the necessary changes once the building arrives at your designated site. No repairs should be necessary for immediate use. Once the building is fully assembled, you can move in and get right to work. If you find a better building at this size for a lower price, let us know and we will beat that price by 10%!
