Asymtek's Axiom X-1020 dispensing system meets high-volume dispensing requirements for inline semiconductor package manufacturing (flip chip and CSP), MEMs (micro-electromerchanical systems), MOEMs (micro-opto-electromechanical systems), and other operations, like disk drive assembly. No pump currently configured or included on this machine. 2007 Vintage S/N: X12367 Will ship internationally.  Contact to arrange shipment delivery/pickup arrangements.  We can skid and load the machine at our shop.
