2011 Parr 3921 Hydrogenator For Sale.  Instrument is in excellent condition, tested and comes with warranty. The Parr Shaker 3921 Hydrogenator is a compact device used for treating chemicals with hydrogen in the detection of a catalyst at pressures up to 5 atmospheres and working temperatures up to 80°C.   The Parr 3921 Hydrogenator is ideally suited for revising organic compounds, or synthesizing compounds by catalytic hydrogenation.  In addition, this hydrogenator can easily work with any lab procedure where gas and liquid are mixed strongly is a glass reach at pressures up to 5 atmospheres. The Parr 3921 Hydrogenator is built from long lasting dye cast metal designed with explosion proof motor and switch.  Material are preserved in the Hydrogenator are sealed in a reaction bottle with a catalyst and hooked up to a hydrogen reservoir.  Air is escaped by removing the reaction bottle, or by flushing with hydrogen.  From there, pressure is applied from reservoir and the glass reaction bottle is forcefully shaken to start the reaction.  During the process of the Parr 3921 Hydrogenator glass reaction bottles can be cooled, or heated depending what your protocol calls for.  Once the reaction of the Hydrogenator reaches its set point, the Parr Shaker 3921 will stop, reaction bottle will be vented and the product and catalyst are recovered.  This process can be viewed by watching the pressure drop in the system.  The Parr Hydrogenator 3921 can be used for a wide range of studies such as product development, research, organic chemicals, organic pharmaceuticals, low level pressure catalytic reactions, just to name a few.  The Parr 3921 Hydrogenator has a maximum pressure range of 65 psi and takes up a bench space of four square feet.  This a great product for synthesizing compounds.  Includes: 2011 Parr 3921 Hydrogenator 14-Day Warranty 325 New Boston Street, Unit 10.  Woburn, MA 01801
