This is a Condulet Plug Receptacle by Crouse-Hinds in a crouse hinds metal conduit. receptacle marked 20 amp, 250 volt. It is porcelain and measures as seen in the photos.

This is a heavy duty foot switch, its rated for 20 amps 125-250 volts and it weighs 3.5 labs, so it doesn't slide out from under your foot easily. This would work great to control a bench grinders or other heavy duty tools. I only used it to trigger my radio mic for a few years, so it still has carpet tape on the underside, but otherwise it is still in great condition.
