2.5 mls of 2X PCR Master Mix containing Taq polymerase, proprietary buffer, and dNTPs capable of performing 100 reactions (50 ul final reaction volume). The proprietary buffer contains added enhancers and stabililzers to optimize PCR amplification.  You will get 2 vials containing 1.25 mls of 2X PCR master mix ready to go.  To perform your PCR reaction, simply add your DNA or cDNA template and your specific PCR primers. We routinely use this mix for PCR colony screening and get robust, efficient amplifications (see sample photo).
