All orders are shipped from Glassboro, New Jersey via USPS for smaller items and UPS for larger items. Items that are too large or items that are purchased in too large of volume to ship standard ground will be shipped truck freight - contact us for rate quotes before purchasing. If this is the case, you will need a forklift to unload - lift gates are available at an additional charge. All orders placed before 2pm EST (Monday - Friday) are guaranteed to ship out of our facility on the same day as the purchase. Holidays are not included. We can not ship to PO Boxes, including APO/FPO boxes. Should you mistakenly enter a shipping address of this sort - this will incur a longer shipping period due to a representative having to contact you for a change of address.
