Two spool hydraulic 4 way, 3 position directional control valve, lever actuated. One tandem spool ( pressure open to tank with ports A & B blocked in the center position) and one motor or float spool (ports A & B open to tank with pressure blocked in the center position). Can be used in a circuit with one double acting cylinder and one hydraulic motor.
